The first number is the offensive ranking followed by the ranked team based on yards AND touchdowns. The next team abbreviated by 3 letters is the defensive opponent for the week. The second number is based on how difficult the match-up is for that week.The more negative the number, the better that offensive team (PASS, RUSH, RECEIVE) will perform.

HERE'S AN EXAMPLE:
To use these numbers for fantasy football, imagine you
have to chose between QB Anderson from Cleveland and QB
Palmer from Cincinnati. Whoever has the more negative
number has the better match-up this week. I added the
QB, RB and WR names this week, some of them are subject
to change. These Team stats try to give a realistic
expectation of how that team will perform in passing,
rushing and receiving catagories. The rankings are based
on the team as a whole and should only be used as a
guide.
